Same subject. Very different outcome

Look at the two images on this post.

One is the Mona Lisa.
The other… let’s just say it’s someone’s enthusiastic attempt.

Both are “portraits”.
But they are not the same thing.

When you purchase anything in business, you need to understand one simple truth:

Quality costs.

Imagine an executive being offered a Mercedes performance car as part of a package only to find a Fiat 500 waiting in the car park.

Or a family booking a luxury cruise and discovering they’ve been placed on an oil tanker heading to the same ports because it was half the price.

Technically, you still get from A to B.
But the experience, performance and outcome are completely different.

Websites are no different.

A business might ask for a “high-performing website” and receive something that looks the part but sadly, underneath it’s a thin template on slow hosting, with no real SEO structure, poor navigation, and no strategy behind it.

The new website exists… but it doesn’t perform.

Your website is your door to the world.
It’s where people search, find you, and decide whether to trust you.

If it’s slow, confusing, poorly written, or built by someone who knows nothing about search engine optimisation, you may never be found at all.

And here’s the uncomfortable truth:
A poor website doesn’t just cost less at the point of purchase. It can cost you tens of thousands in missed opportunities.

Back to my images on this post. In 1503, Francesco del Giocondo, a wealthy Florentine merchant, commissioned Leonardo da Vinci to paint his wife, Lisa.

From the images attached, you can see what the alternative might have looked like had Giocondo chosen the cheapest option that day.

Don’t risk one of the most important parts of your marketing to save a small percentage on the build.

Because in business, as in art, you rarely regret paying for quality, but you often regret cutting corners.

If you have a website that isn’t performing then please talk to me. I’m happy to give you a free assessment and an insight that will open your eyes to the possibilities you are missing out on.
